• Sander consists of 2 flap type wheels canted 15º to effectively relieve sharp corners left by sizer
• Powerfeed has two 10" non-marking rubber rollers which drive door over sizer and sander at 32 F.P.M standard
• Automatic drill sequence increases production and decreases labor, as drilling occurs while operator mortises for the hinge butts
• Safety interlock prevents collision of lock and latch bits.
• Simultaneous mortising of door and jamb assures precision fit of hinges
