The 5000 is legendary for high speed 80” prehung door production. Doors feed automatically from the 5200 door loader (60-door capacity) into the 5000 machining center. The MC mortises the door and jamb for hinges, preps the door for lock, predrills 18 hinge screw pilot holes, and automatically installs 2-3 hinges. Finally the door/jamb unit travels to the 5100 for automatic frame assembly. 35-40 seconds/door is a typical throughput rate; suitable for 150-400+ doors/day. This particular 5000 also features automatic screwfeeding. Available for immediate sale.
