Great starter system for high production of 6’8” prehung doors. The high speed begins with the included model 5200 Loader which automatically draws from a 60-door stack and feeds each door into the 5000 machining center. This modified 5000 automatically mortises 2 or 3 hinge pockets in the door and jamb, predrills hinge screw pilot holes, and preps the door for lock, latch, and faceplate. (No hinge applicators or assembly machine included in this package.) Currently in operation and available immediately.
