Norfield 4000 System for sale. The 4000 System includes the 4200 Door Loader, 4000 Machining Center and the 4100 Assembly Station. This system is ideal for running 6’-8” interior doors from 1’-6” to 3’-6” in width. With automatic hinge mortising for the door and jamb, lock and latch drilling and faceplate routing the 4000 System works well for any size door shop. Once the 4000 finishes machining the door the operator then applies the hinges manually and then outfeeds to the 4100 Assembly Station which will clamp and staple the unit to together. Capable of producing up to 300 doors per shift. This line is currently in use and will be available in early November for pick up.
