Norfield 530SA Automatic Door Loader

The 530 Loader converts a horizontal door machine into a high speed production system. After placing a door stack (up to 60 interior doors) in the 530, the automatic gantry “plucks” the top door from the stack and places it on a feed table; then the door is power-fed into the door machining center. With little operator involvement, the 530 increases throughput speed dramatically, while also eliminating manual lifting and improving safety. This loader also includes a dedicated touch-screen control panel and can be paired with non-Norfield door machines. This loader is in like-new condition (only 74 doors on the counter) and available immediately.
