  Full House Assembler Automatic Door Frame Assembly Machine

  

  Speed up production & save labor with the Assembler.  Position the machine at the outfeed end of any horizontal door machine.  Traditionally two workers assemble prehungs, but the Assembler requires only a single operator whom receives the door and both jambs, positions the head and strike, then actuates the Assembler to automatically clamp and fasten the legs to the head.  Pneumatically powered rollers lift the finished unit which can be rolled to the next stage of the door line.   Set up and running, available for immediate shipment.
